I would like to take this opportunity to say I will succeed!!!!
I had a wake up call at work on Friday when we were told, starting immediately, we are not allowed to wear jeans, tennis shoes and anything "athletic". Um, glad I just spent $50 on a new pair of jeans. I sat at my desk and cried. Not because of the strict dress code (seriously people, it's a stupid call center) but because I own nothing acceptable. So for the past 3 days I have been wearing my khaki-cargo-capris. With Doc Marten sandals.
IT WAS 42 DEGREES THIS MORNING
I now have to buy pants, shoes and shirts. I'm going to spend this week trying to pull the money out of my ass while also trying to fit pants over said ass.
